Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

Real Estate Hack offers the following subscription tiers:

Features and pricing are subject to change. Current plan details are always available on our pricing page.

2. Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is due on the anniversary of your subscription start date
• We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 3-day grace period
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified

3. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled:

• Monthly plans renew every 30 days
• Annual plans renew every 365 days
• You will be charged to the payment method on file
• Renewal notices are sent 7 days before the renewal date

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access until the end of your paid period
• No partial refunds for unused time
• Cancellation can be done through your account settings or by contacting support

5. Plan Changes

5.1 Upgrades

• Plan upgrades take effect immediately
• You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period
• New features are available immediately upon upgrade

5.2 Downgrades

• Plan downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period
• No refunds for downgrades during a billing period
• Excess usage beyond the new plan limits must be resolved before downgrade

6. Free Trials

• Free trials are available for eligible new users
• Trials last for the period specified at signup (typically 7-14 days)
• Payment method required to start trial (for verification)
• You will not be charged if you cancel before trial ends
• Only one free trial per user/account

7. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes specific usage limits:

• API calls per month
• Property searches and reports
• Document storage capacity
• Number of team members (for team plans)

Exceeding limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions.

8. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service. For Enterprise customers, specific SLAs may be negotiated and included in separate agreements.

9. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription for:

• Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
• Fraudulent payment activity
• Extended periods of non-payment
• Discontinuation of the Service (with 30 days notice)

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Subscription Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
