• No refunds for partial months
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

• Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of purchase
• After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
• Refunds are calculated based on unused months
• Any promotional discounts are forfeited upon refund

3.1 Template Packs

• Template packs are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed
• If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact support
• Refunds may be granted within 7 days if the product was never accessed

3.2 Reports and Analysis

• Custom reports and property analyses are non-refundable
• If a report contains significant errors, we will regenerate it at no cost

4. Eligible Refund Situations

• Service outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours
