5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
6. Disclaimers
We are not responsible for content uploaded by users. We act as a service provider and comply with the DMCA safe harbor provisions. We do not monitor all content uploaded to the platform.
7. Misrepresentation
Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be liable for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
