Acceptable Use Policy

  • Facilitate illegal real estate transactions

2.2 System Abuse

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data
  • Overload, flood, or spam the Service
  • Circumvent any security measures or access controls

2.3 Data Misuse

  • Harvest or collect personal information of other users
  • Use property data for stalking, harassment, or illegal purposes
  • Sell, resell, or redistribute data obtained from the Service
  • Reverse engineer any part of the Service

2.4 Account Misuse

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • Use another user's account without permission
  • Provide false or misleading information during registration

3. Content Standards

Any content you submit to the platform must not:

  • Be defamatory, obscene, offensive, or hateful
  • Promote discrimination or violence
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Violate the privacy rights of others

4. Rate Limits and Fair Use

We may impose rate limits on API calls, searches, and other Service features. Excessive usage that impacts system performance or availability for other users is prohibited.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Warning or notice of violation
  • Temporary suspension of account access
  • Permanent termination of account
  • Legal action if warranted
  • Reporting to appropriate authorities

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
